Demo preparation is a package of 3 one-on-one sessions exclusively focused on helping you become flexible, conversational, and confident performing your demo scripts before your recording session.

Demo preparation is $495 per demo, covering 4-6 spots across 3 sessions. If you have two demos (e.g. one commercial and one narration) you’ll need two packages. 

Private coaching builds the foundation over time — becoming conversational, connecting with scripts, script analysis, and becoming competitive at auditions. Demo prep is 3 sessions exclusively focused on preparing you to perform your demo scripts confidently for your recording session.

If you are preparing reads to present to an agency, a network, or a studio, you may also use this service. Just keep in mind that if you are new to VO you may need more than the 3 sessions included in this package. Additional sessions are billed at $150/session. If you do not have scripts (whether they be commercial, narration, animation, or video games) Lili will provide some for you based on your voice.

The sessions take place over Zoom. You must be set up on a computer (and not a phone) and I must be able to see you, so you’ll need a camera. I will often share my screen to explain things, so it’s important to be on a computer where you can see clearly. 

Generally, you’ll be able to schedule your sessions during the week, between 2pm and 6pm PT, except Wednesdays.

Exception can be made for earlier time slots, but these are harder to keep as I typically record with clients earlier in the day and they have priority over my schedule.

I do not coach on weekends. 

You should book your Professional Demo Preparation sessions within two weeks of your Recording Day. You will need 3 available slots in the schedule prior to your demo recording session. Ideally, one of the slots is the day before your recording session.

As soon as you get them! Either way, we should have them within 48 hours of your first session.

Ideally, your sessions are scheduled with at least one day off between them.

There may be. If so, I will give you instructions.

I am a licensed voice acting coach in California, which means that by law, you must sign a California compliant contract before paying for your coaching package with me. Once you sign it, you can pay for your VO Coaching  package. You can get a full refund for a coaching package before you start coaching (no refunds after starting). Once you book, there are no cancellation fees as I myself have to cancel sometimes. 

There usually isn’t anything for you to prepare, but if there is, you’ll get instructions in the Discovery call.

Aside from scripts, I’ll have your materials from the Application, so you’re all set!

You do not. As long as I can hear you, you can work from your desktop/lap top. Note that I will share my screen and have you read your scripts from it, so you won’t want to be on your phone. 

With all that said, you will want to be ready to record in your space on your demo recording date, so it’s a good idea to practice beforehand. Ideally, you have your set up sorted out by our 3rd session so you can practice in it (it will make your demo session smoother). But being in your recording space is not a requisite to work with me as we are not recording together.

As much as I would love to promise employment after coaching with me, this does not depend on me. It depends on you, your marketing efforts, your casting, casting directors, the marketplace, and the stars. I strive to give you the best tools to make you competitive. The rest is up to you (and to the universe)!

If we’re a fit, at the end of our Discovery call you’ll be asked to sign a coaching contract after which  you can make your payment and book your sessions.
