What browser do I need?
Video export requires Google Chrome. Please access your account in Chrome before you start working. Other browsers can preview your reel but cannot export the final video.

Do I need a voice acting audio demo before using the VO Visual Reel Maker?
Yes. The VO Visual Reel Maker combines your audio with images to create a video. You'll need an audio recording first. If you don't have one yet, the VO Demo Maker lets you mix your voice with music and download a polished MP3 in minutes, no studio or software needed. Use that MP3 as your audio source in the VO Visual Reel Maker. The two apps are designed to work together.
What audio files does it accept?
The app accepts MP3, WAV, and M4A files.
How do I use the VO Visual Reel Maker? What are the steps?
It's six simple steps. Always make sure you're using the app in Chrome.
01: Drop in your VO recording or any MP3 file.
02: Choose your format — Horizontal for YouTube & websites, or Vertical for TikTok, Instagram & YouTube Shorts.
03: Search the free built-in photo library or upload your own images.

Where do the images come from?
The app has a built-in image search powered by Pixabay which provides thousands of free, royalty-free photos you can add directly to your timeline. You can also upload your own images in JPG, PNG, or WEBP format.
You can also upload your own images if you prefer. Just make sure you've obtained proper licensing.
Can I choose between horizontal and vertical format?
Can I choose between horizontal and vertical format?
Yes! The app supports two formats:
- Horizontal (1280×720 HD) — ideal for YouTube, Vimeo, LinkedIn, and websites
- Vertical (1080×1920) — ideal for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Simply select your format in Step 2 before adding images. The image search automatically filters for the right orientation.
Can I add a waveform overlay to my video?
Yes. There's a waveform toggle in the Style Settings panel. When enabled, animated audio bars appear over your video, synced to your audio. This is great for social media where viewers need a visual cue that audio is playing. You can choose Red, White, or Black bars.
Can I add my own logo to the video?
Yes! In the Style Settings panel, you can upload your own logo (PNG with transparent background only). Choose the corner where it appears (top-left, top-right, bottom-left, or bottom-right) and the size (Small, Medium, or Large). Your logo is loaded locally from your computer and never stored on our server.
Can I upload the MP4 to all social media platforms?
Yes. MP4 is universally accepted by YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Vimeo, and Pinterest. The tool exports in the right format for each:
- Horizontal (1280×720) → YouTube, Vimeo, websites, LinkedIn
- Vertical (1080×1920) → TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts
Most voice actor reels are short (under 2 minutes) and well within file size limits on any platform.
