CONSENT & RELEASE

I grant Lili Wexu Ent., Inc. a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, modify, and display my submitted audio exercise and written transcript solely for educational and instructional purposes, including online courses, classes, and workshops.

I understand that I will receive no compensation, that my submission may be edited, and that I waive any right to inspect or approve the final use.

AI / Voice Use Limitation: My submission will not be used to train, create, or derive any artificial intelligence, synthetic voice, or voice-cloning system. Use is limited to human-played educational examples only.

I represent that the content is original and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lili Wexu Ent., Inc. from any related claims.

I agree that this consent is governed by California law and constitutes a legally binding electronic agreement.
