Lili Wexu is a Los Angeles–based film and voice actress with over 25 years of experience behind the mic and on screen. You’ve heard her in Assassin’s Creed II, seen her in Grey’s Anatomy and Alien vs Predator. Plus, you’ve heard her live at the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the 2010 Winter Olympics.
Her commercial voiceover credits include major brands like AT&T Business, Universal Studios, the Golden Globes, Intel, MADD, Olay, Estée Lauder, Squarespace, Uber, NBC, and the Cartoon Network (among others). In Canada, where she’s from originally, she’s the voice of ongoing national campaigns for the Government of Canada. If you’re Canadian, you’ve probably heard her on trains, planes, or in everyday life without even realizing it.
She’s the creator of various online classes that teach voice actors and announcers how to sound real so they can book more auditions and land their dream agent. She’s also the author of the 3-part e-book series Get Clever About Voice Acting, as well as a series of VO apps that help voice actors create scripts, demos, and visual reels.
Be sure to join her FREE private podcast so you can learn about what trends in VO, and what books.
Today, it’s not about being perfect. It’s about being real—personality, flaws, and all. That’s what gets you booked. And that’s what I teach.
